Commercial Audio Visual Installation

Commercial AV design, supply and installation
We look after the whole project: understanding how the space is used, designing the system, supplying and installing the equipment, and training the people who will use it.

Who we work with
- Corporate and meeting spaces: video conferencing, presentation screens and room audio
- Education and training facilities: interactive displays, projectors and classroom audio
- Places of worship: speaker systems for clear speech and music, and wireless microphones
- Gyms and fitness studios: sound systems for music and classes
- Bars, clubs and music venues: audio for live performance and background music
How a commercial AV project works
- Consultation. We visit the space and find out how it is used and what is not working.
- Design. We recommend a system that suits the room and can grow with the organisation.
- Installation. Our engineers install and configure the equipment with discreet cabling.
- Training and support. We train your team and remain available for ongoing support.

Typical commercial AV projects
Meeting rooms and boardrooms
Screens, cameras, microphones and speakers set up so that in-person and video meetings start quickly and everyone can be seen and heard.
Venues and hospitality
Sound systems for background music, live performance and events, zoned so that each area can be controlled separately.
Education and community spaces
Interactive displays, projectors and clear speech systems for classrooms, training rooms, halls and places of worship.
Getting commercial AV right
Start with how the room is used
The right system depends on who uses the space and what for. We ask about typical meetings, classes or events before recommending any equipment.
Make it easy for staff
Everyday tasks such as starting a meeting or switching on background music should take one or two button presses, with no need to call for help.
Do not overlook sound
Clear audio matters more than screen size. Microphone and speaker choice, and the acoustics of the room, decide whether people can follow what is being said.
Plan for support
Equipment should be accessible for maintenance, documented, and backed by someone you can call. We provide training at handover and ongoing support.
What affects the cost?
Every project is different, so we quote each one individually after a free consultation. The main things that affect the cost of commercial audio visual installation are:
- The number and size of rooms or zones
- The type and size of displays
- Audio requirements, from background music to live performance
- Video conferencing and control equipment
- Installation constraints such as ceiling heights and working hours
We are happy to design to a budget and to phase a project so that it can be completed in stages. Book a free consultation to get started.
